Sendmanager

With a click on the Sendmanager you can choose a date or send out a newsletter right now to a contact list. That contact's have to be signed in, or imported before you can send them newsletters.

For austria there is a ECG-Blacklist Austria. With a click on that button all users, which you send newsletter, will be checked with the austrian blacklist (also called Robinson List) and will automatically filtered out from the newsletter dispatch.

At the next step you will be asked to check your newsletter dispatch and confirm it with your client PIN code (which is now your user password for your eyepin login). At the beginning this password is "0000" and can always be changed in the client-settings in the suite-manager by an admin in the Marketing-Suite. In a VX Account you can change the password at Account --> Settings --> PIN code. When you typed in the password the newsletter will be send out. You can cancel your dispatch, but when you send out a newsletter now it's possible that some user will get a newsletter. Afterwards the newsletter will set its status to drafts, when you canceled it. When the newsletter is sent out, you will find it in archive.

When you want to send a newsletter to another person, who did not get the newsletter yet, you can also resend a newsletter.

Also if you want to copy a already sent out newsletter, you can duplicate a existing newsletter.
When you duplicate it, all articles and settings, you chose for the duplicated newsletter will be filled in.
Please note, that if you change anything in the existing articles, the change will also be visible in the already sent out newsletter. So we recommend using new articles for the duplicated newsletter.

In the Marketing-Suite you have the chance to create Automations with the Marketing-Automation-Tool, where you can set up trigger-mails. If you are interested in that tool, feel free to reach out to your account manager.
