Why isn't my email within the normal MobileMe email viewer?
There are two ways to open an email in the MobileMe (me.com) web-based email client. The first is very similar to the iPad. The email is shown alongside a vertical inbox list and can be dragged between folders from there. The second is the 'full view', shown when a user double-clicks an email to read it with a little more room.
Both views render identically, so Litmus chose to show the first view in the 'Inbox Capture' and the second in the 'Full Capture'. We thought this would offer the best of both worlds, the full view to show the limitations of the me.com rendering and the inbox view to cater for width-related issues.
