When you create such an auto-responder-campaign it is important to use a reply-address, which is linked to a eyepin subdomain (for example: firstname.lastname@example.org). Alternatively you can also use your standard domain which is [accountname].eyepinnews.com.
You can set it up in a few steps:
- Check if you have a subdomain, which is linked to a eyepin subdomain or set one up. Please note, that you can only use one reply-address for a client.
- Fill in your reply-address in the email-campaign, where you don't want any reply's.
- Put in your autoresponder-text in your email campaign.
