CSV File Name:
The trigger campaign to be sent is determined based on the beginning of the file name. The rest of the file name, such as the current date/time, is not relevant for eyepin.
Example: "CODEXY_20120327104500.csv"
CSV Format:
The definition, order, and delimiter of the fields are configured according to your preferences.
Possible CSV Fields:
Salutation (Mr./Mrs.), Title, First Name, Last Name, Company, Position, Street, ZIP Code, City, Country, Email, Phone, Mobile Phone, Internet, Fax, plus 20 user-defined additional fields (these can be defined in the platform's Suite Manager).
Attention: It must be ensured that there are no line breaks in the CSV data (each line corresponds to one record), as otherwise these records will not be recognized.
For setting up an interface, please contact your eyepin account manager. Together with our development team, they will clarify the effort and implementation time.
The following information will be needed for the technical setup:
+ Desired access method (FTP/SCP)
+ Desired trigger codes
+ Desired CSV format
