Why is my screenshot of an empty inbox?

Sorry about that, sometimes Apple Mail 3 wont open the email correctly and Litmus will capture the empty inbox behind it.

This is a known issue that recently surfaced due to some changes we've made as part of a larger project to add support for Apple Mail 5. Because of Apple Mail 5s upcoming release, were planning to retire Apple Mail 3 and so this issue is unlikely to be addressed before then.

That said, you can easily recapture your Email in Apple Mail 3 by pressing the R shortcut key on your keyboard.
