Why is my Email cut off at the bottom?
For mobile devices we impose a fairly generous size limitation. A lot of mobile devices aren't capable of rendering the entire content of your Email all at once, and so we have to splice the image together in frames. If we attempt to use too many of these frames, the device will run out of memory and crash. To avoid this, we limit the number of frames Litmus can capture.
For the vast majority of Emails, these limits will never be reached, but if your Email is especially long, you may find the bottom part of your Email is missing.
Why didn't some of my images load?
This is a known issue with images that have underscores in their URLs.
Were currently investigating the problem, but the issue lies with Litmus implementation of the BlackBerry server that hands Emails to the BlackBerry device. The issue is unlikely to be with your Email unless you're seeing similar problems with other Email clients.
Why cant I scroll horizontally? The right hand side of my Email is cut off.
Unfortunately Litmus doesn't support horizontal scrolling on our mobile device captures. Since the vast majority of Emails are designed to fit within the confines of the mobile devices width, and because of the additional overhead in processing both to the bottom of the Email, and all the way to the right, we decided to not support this feature.
How important is it that my Email renders correctly in BlackBerry?
Based on our aggregated Email Analytics data, BlackBerry represents 0.04% of global Email client market share.
