Why is BlackBerry showing my HTML code?
This particular preview shows how BlackBerry devices that dont have HTML Email support would show your Email. Although most modern BlackBerry devices support HTML Email, the BlackBerry server they collect Email from also needs to support it. Because of this, a lot of BlackBerry devices in use today are actually showing the plain text version of the Email. If no plain text version exists, the HTML code will be shown instead.
If you've used the HTML uploader within Litmus, you've nothing to worry about - we didn't ask you for the plain text version so we have nothing to show. If you've sent in an Email you should be sure to include a plain text version as alternative part to your Email, otherwise plain text Email clients, such as BlackBerrys without HTML support, will show your HTML code.
Why is my Email cut off at the bottom?
For mobile devices we impose a fairly generous size limitation. A lot of mobile devices arent capable of rendering the entire content of your Email all at once, and so we have to splice the image together in frames. If we attempt to use too many of these frames, the device will run out of memory and crash. To avoid this, we limit the number of frames Litmus can capture.
For the vast majority of Emails, these limits will never be reached, but if your Email is especially long, you may find the bottom part of your Email is missing.
