Why does Gmail warn about "compatibility view" in my captures?
Litmus uses either IE7 or IE8 with compatibility mode enabled (and therefore renders identically to IE7). Were looking into adding IE8 without compatibility mode in the near future.
Where are the advertisements normally seen within Gmail?
Litmus uses a version of Google Apps for Business that removes those advertisements. While its something we appreciate would be useful to see (since those ads are contextual and may change depending on your emails content), Litmus is not currently in a position to include them.
